Hi, I’m alyssa.
Hi there! I’m Alyssa, born and raised right here in Pasadena, CA. My love for photography started in middle school when my grandfather gifted me my very first camera—I've been hooked ever since! After graduating from Art Center College of Design, I spent some time in the fast-paced editorial and advertising world photographing products and traveling the world before deciding to slow things down bit.
Ten years ago, I launched Alyssa Stefek Photography, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of individuals and families around the Los Angeles area. I live just outside of Pasadena with my husband, our Dalmatian fur-baby, and our spirited little boy. I get energetic toddlers—I speak their language!
A few fun facts about me: I’m a coffee lover (specifically vanilla lattes), enjoy camping with my family, spending time outdoors, and when I’m not behind the camera, you’ll often find me watercolor painting.
Whether it’s a cuddly newborn or a strong-willed toddler, I promise to enjoy every moment spent with your family. My goal is to make sure that from the very first moment we connect, you feel comfortable and relaxed. We’ll laugh, sing, dance, and play—it’s all part of making your session fun and authentic to you.
